Shipping Charge Policy –

Chargeable Weight will be Physical / Dead Weight or Volumetric Weight whichever is higher. Volumetric Weight (Kilogram) calculation as = Length (cm) x Breadth (cm) x Height (cm) / 4000

RTO (return to origin) –

Shipment will be charged separately from the forward delivery rate, which will be same as Forward Rates.

Insurance Policy –

The maximum liability if any is limited to Rs. 1000/- in event of a claim by the Consignor, provided such claim is raised by the Consignor month from the date of such damage or loss or theft.

Parcel Damage/Theft Claim Policy –

Consignor’s/Consignee’s claim will not be taken if there is no damage found outside of the parcel wrap/box/packing in this case Consignor/Consignee cannot claim for a damaged product inside the box/wrap/packing.

For Express -

Express Shipment delivery will take 2 days after pickup in state and 4 days after pick up out of state 20% of Express Shipment Charge will be returned if delivery time exceeds.

Parcel Booking Policy –

The branch owner shall not book / handover or allows to be handed over any Product which is banned, restricted, illegal, prohibited, stolen, infringing of any third-party rights, liquid materials, hazardous or dangerous or in breach of any law or regulation in force in India for the purpose of the logistics or delivery services.
